Not only can you not come here at lvl 1 no matter how much help you have you can't zone into tov either both zones have the 46+ cap if you try to zone to tov it ports you to the zone safe point
Can any one tell me if the horn is no drop? Can someone else who is bound there get it for me and bring it down?

This horse, Lithiniath, is level 63, not 61. I'm actually not too sure of it's class, to be honest with you, as it has a few tricks up it's sleeve that go outside the box that just X-Class can cast.
It's melee is very weak for it's level, max it seems to be 190ish. It's most annoying attack is the manaless spell/proc of blindness it will almost chain cast on whomever has it's attention. It fears a bunch too, will cast a damage-shield on itself, it cast AE Tash and can even stun like a pally/cle. Very odd horse. Oh yeah, it's MR is 100%. It dropped 4 high-level spells, 1 card, 1 emerald ring and it's horn when killed.
Very very fun fight for cleric (myself), monk and enchanter.

go up to this guy and use the phrase [phat lewtz] in a question. its fun!
actually, what really happens is he says, anticharacteristaically, "i have no phat lewtz for you!" (he usually talKs LiKE ThiS) then procedes to go ape on your @ss.

Wrong way around. If you mention phat lewt to Lith, s/he directs you to Thirneg. Thirneg DTs you if you say "i seek phat lewt" :).

Anyone know if this mob has a high resist for magic? Can he be hit only with melee? Since he's an animal can he be feared? How would someone kill this mob?

To reach PoM, one has to pass thru NToV. Compared to drops there, the above seems pretty basic.
Where is the logic in having the last mob in quest for this ring in a zone which, to reach it, you have to pass thru an area which has much better loot simply as drops??
We nevertheless tried the fd /rez / coth system yesterday. Didn't work. I'm not sure if this ring is worth the major hassle involved.
It would be nice to see Verant either changing the mob's location, or else drastically upgrading the ring's stats.

First off it's through the Temple of Veeshan...Unless that Level 1 character to whatever ( 34 I think was mentioned ) has beginning great Faction with Claws of Veeshan or a very GENEROUS CotH Mage... doubt he/she'd be there. Second off, it's not a stupid zone nor childish. They made it as it is because in all reality ( whether game or real life ) there is always a place or group of people you won't ever understand. In Norrath you can't just keep it racial... they're "Keeping it Real". Insult upon insult I read when people play this GAME... hey, there's an idea, it's a GAME ( hence forth meaning HAVE FUN ). Can't have fun if you have one person making a comment from what they either know or might have experienced and being insulted by a person with MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME ON THEIR HANDS. I'd like a little more information about this place... BUT, rude, ignorant and insensitive people are detering those with comments due to ridicule. PRETTY PLEASE give me more info on this mob. Does he/she cast? Summon ( even though it's obvious hehe, due to level )? Immune to Magic? Immune to Fire? Immune to Cold? Immune to Poison? Immune to Disease? How hard does he/she hit? Is he/she duable by one group or does it take six? Spawn time if VERY essential... has anyone killed he/she and stayed for another round? What faction hit does this give? Is he/she KoS to everyone or indifferent til attacked? Though he/she cons red, being the Plane of MISCHIEF could it actually be simple to kill? Hope to see you all there sometime...IF I ever get there that is.

you serious about the lvl 1 thing? even if you can get in, i doubt you would be able to get through Temple of Veeshan to get there, not to mention all of the other Velious zones

In an Ancient Greek belief system, there was a goddess who sent children bad dreams, and omens in their sleep named Lyscinius. She was personified as a dark horse, or mare; hence the term "Nightmare". This looks to me like a PoM version of that... Maybe the designer had a little bit of a lithp? =) Verant's sense of humor maybe extends beyond its idea of fair risk-v-reward... Be safe, y'all.

I dunno bout anyone else. But this plane is a bit...well..stupid. They came up with a few un-called for names that sound immature. They should make it at least a bit scarier I mean come on! Its called the plane of mischief not Rivervale 2!god! Has Verant gone mad? Like for example. there is an enemy called "Zero" and one named "I like this one" thats just insane. Someone please support this post. Thanks.
The thing is, all of the jokes are connected somehow. I don't remember any of the details, but i know the gorillas on the chessboard are supposed to be chess pieces and their names indicate the order of moves

I think they designed a plane that's supposed to be a little like a bad acid trip. That's sort of the reasoning behind it. Due to it's absolute ridiculousness and bizarreness, I fully intend on visiting at some point, if nothing else it provides an absolute, 180-degree angle away from anything else in the world of EQ, which at times can become a bit "cookie-cutter". So my hat's off (only for a second, it's AC 15), to Verant for coming up with something that is at the very least intriguing and at most probably a blast.
