Drat! there's a patch in progress so I can't log in to check this, but I came here looking for answers too.
Now I hailed her, and I don't have the exact words she used, but the impression was, that if I was a member of the Realm of Hero's, I would be able to 'speak their names'.
I put this thought in with how you get the Adventurer's Stone, and think if someone has a names list, there could be something good in here.

She's the Barbarian member of the Realm of Heroes. I hear GM's are giving out coins for quests that can be given to these people for some nice loot.

I hailed her and she said she had returned after a long journey and was looking for folks to add to the Realm of Heroes. I tried asking many questions, but no dice.
