I just completed this quest and I waited for a week for crazed gobby's to drop the scroll and when it did finally drop it was from "a goblin." Dropped from the same MOB the next day as well. Also, I have only seen it drop from spawn in middle corner of the Main Room (MR). Be sure to ooc for it every few minutes. Most other PC's will gladly let you loot it.

I spend lvs 18-31 in the Highpass area and I was fighing goblins at the time of the creation of the Ghoul Bane quest. The goblin and crazed goblin are random spawns in the whole area. Whole area meaning where the goblins spawn of course. It can be the war room, lookout room, raider room, or the guard room. Goblins drop the scroll but the Crazed drop it more often.

Im trying to accomplish the Ghoulbane quest and so far it is great !! However, I'm told to kill either this goblin or the goblin thief in HK. They say to look in the "lookout room." According to EQ Atlas, there is no such room in HK. Any info u could offer would be greatly appreciated. THanks

the lookout room is the small room at the right side when u enter the guardroom from there u go down to the warrior and raiderroom. the rooms are called so under players cause in eachroom spawns certain types of monsters.
