I think your problems in finding this item are due to the fact that it is spelled 'kobold' not 'kobald'. The molars are for a quest in paineel, mostly worthwile for the faction as it doesn't give you anything particularly great.

Note on Soft Wicker, if you want good armor were leather and save this for the looks. My leather is lighter than this stuff and provides the same Ac on most if not all items, i have three pieces so far and they weigh a bit more. You would think wicker would weigh less, thats why i was collecting it...
Looted 3 BBQ Erudites as uncommon loot even though he was trivial to my group. The stats are INT+3, weight 0.1. They were neither MAGIC, LORE, nor NO-DROP which means it isn't affected by the Warren's Trivial Loot rules.
He also seemed to spawn closer to a 15 minute rate.
I killed the Foodmaster today and he had the bat head. Freaked me out. Wish I'd paid more attention while looting to see if his head changed when I looted something. I think he might have had a cap, but I honestly don't remember.

Well, I found another Kobold with a bat head, a howler this time. On killing him I did find a Wicker Cap on his body, and when I looted it the head changed to a normal Kobold head. So the mystery is solved; the cause is indeed the Soft Wicker Cap.
LOL..I think he was talking about how sometimes the Kobolds look like the werebats in unrest. He was saying that the Wicker Head piece must be what gives the Kobold that graphic.
ok, for those of you who do not know how the stat gains on food work I will explain. The stat gain occurs as soon as the stat enhancing food is in the highest left slot of your first pack. In other words, you get the stat increase as soon as you are set so that the next thing you eat will be the stat enhancing food. what this means is that your stat enhancing food will last longer if you right click on regular food till full, then put the enhancement food in the first slot... one last note, cooked giant tastes the best.
I made some sylvan berry juice, which is supposed to give +1agi, but when I ate it (right clicked) nothing happened...how do I get the stats to work? Is this a permanent change or temporary?
In order for the stat bonuses to take effect you have to let yourself eat the food. No right clicking. And the effect lasts until you eat something else, I think.
Ive found this item to be semi worthless, sure its +3int...but it doesnt seem to work outside the warrens zone...another cool thing i found out about stat improving food, you DONT have to eat it for the stat, example: i currently have a stack of this food on my mage, i simply place it in the lower left hand slot in my main inventory and the stat kicks in just for that, to keep myself from eating it i place another type of rations in the upper left hand slot( the slots are numbered in oreder they are scanned for perishable items) as long as i keep my eating food stocked up, my BBQ erudite stays safe and sound, BTW does this junk sell? i cant even give it away.
this guy does NOT have 500hp. I killed him twice just for kicks, both times two Frost Shocks for 172dmg killed him. So at most he has 344hp. Got nothing once, BBQ'ed erudited once. Note that eqatlas lists him dropping the ye auld ball peen hammer, when that's actually the smith.
I just wanted to know what the barbaque erudite is for i got a few off him, and have no idea what i should do with them. Just wondering if they are for a skill or something.
Spawns in the Kitchen with the Smithy every 30 minutes. Hits for 15 to 30 and has around 500 HP.
Occasionally drops Barbecued Erudite, but I haven't gotten any Lore, Magic, or No Drop items off of him yet. Also drops the occasional piece of Soft Wicker.
