Outside of the Prince room, where the kobolds spawn on either side of the bridge is a dynamic spawn cycle. The archers, Guards, Sentry, Sentinel and Rabid Kobalds are in a placeholder cycle. These mobs all spawn dynamically and can be the PH for the Protectors.
I can't speak for the other areas that they may spawn in.

i would just like to know about some of the loot before i make the journey or pay the caster about what am i gonna be getting here lvl 12 druid halfing\

These Protector's actually drop better random loot than the higher level huge or frothing Kobobls. Wicker armor, booze, minor gems (hermatite for instance), and occasionally a bronze weapon. For the risk/reward ratio these guys are definitely worth the hunt. Just kill any sentry guards in the prince area and these protectors will occasionally spawn.
