Lorekeeper Deeria can be found in the Library in Thurgadin at LOC: -162.39, 773.24, -16.87

These spells are now found on Lorekeeper Deeria in the library area. Right clicking on Loremaster Dorinan does nothing now.
Updated, thanks. Does this mean he isn't a merchant now, or just that he doesn't have any inventory?

Some of these directions are kind of confusing. Zone into Thurg, and go foreward untill you pass the bridge and enter the hallway. It's a one way thing until there so it's hard to go wrong. Once in the hall you can go either right or left. Go left. Just stay on the path, keep going straight and you'll come to a set of steps leading into a temple. She's on the stage in that room, on the left as you enter. Her LOC is -333, +811.

Ok from pok go to great divide, then to Thurgadin entrance, once zoned in pull up your map, look on the far left about mid map, those two rooms that are adjoined, you want the bottom one, she on the far left of the stage when looking at it. For those of us who aren't good with the grids, lol.

Ok believe it or not this actually threw me off quite a bit. If you look at the map more than the place itself in a place that in unfamiliar to you, then you would have been confused as me. Dorinan is NOT labeled on the map. She is standing on the far left, facing the stage, of the podium in the cleric temple. Good luck finding her.

was apprehensive to dorfs outside in GD but she sold to me, 10pp for the druid spell, some others are 4pp. She also sells teh Shroud of Hate spell which is lvl 39 SK atk tap, not listed above

Is loremaster Dorinan the only place to get level 34 Necro spell Torbas Acid Blast? I am an IKS NEC and a bit worried about walking into Thurgadin to purchase this. I have killed tons & tons of giants in GD spending levels 36-38 on those snowy hills. Do you think I will have any troubles getting my spell? I'm not in a guild so can't have guildmate get for me, and don't know too many online... not well enough to give them the plat and hope they return.. Maybe I should make an alt and do it that way...

You can easily tell whether you'll be safe in Thurgadin, by considering one of the dwarves or coldain tracking wolves, in Great Divide near Thurgadin. AFAIK, absolutely ALL NPC's in thurgadin A (not ICewell Keep) are on this very Coldain faction.
Although I think everyone (what ever be the race or class) begins "apprehensive" with coldains, if you happen to be KOS, using an alt would be a wise decision. Just use the Shared Bank slots and PoK book to reach thurgadin faster.

Dorinan is at neg 330, pos 816, in the CLeric Temple.

The location of -330 816 is correct. She is on the stage next to the Grand Historian at the podium. Cost is 4p 2g

Yes, your faction MUST be warmly for this quest.

is the minimum level to obtain the Corroded Guants or to Be able to have these via MQ ?

In other words how do I improve my faction with him?

He is on Coldain faction.. to improve faction simply kill the giants outside in GD.. collecting toes and heads will help with faction also as you start the coldain prayer shawl quest.
