Just snared one on Agnarr. The problem is even with snare on them they follow Derakator wherever he goes so it doesn't look like the "snare+CoH" trick can work to split them from their boss.

yes slowable also yellow to a 59 so at least 60... didnt drop anything of note...

These guys cannot be charmed. Since other mobs were charmable, I suggested that we bring one or two with Vindi and we could use them as pets. Bad move...
Tanked these last night, and they are definitelly not level 58.
Killed total of 20 of them in 2 hours, between doing arena left, right, and the "Gladiator House" we only had a chance to pull 2-3 of them per pop cycle.
Each time they were level 60.
Mob Info:
Max hit : 260 (Ranger)
Avg Hit : 180 (Ranger)
Min Hit : 57 (Ranger)
Over all very easy mob for level 60. But hell, we also didnt bother splitting Kallis or his butt buddies, just pulled all 3, had 2 Shammies tank the PoZ's while I tanked Kallis.
Vital Info:
Lv 60 Ranger
1120 Unbuffed Ac
2710 Unbuffed Hp.
I imagine warriors would have much better mileages tanking these guys, as per the mitigation table changes for plate/chain users.

The temple guardians are all kos to me, even tho I am warmly to frosts/storms and indifferent to tormax. I got a level 1 mule warrior of rallos to kael, snuck her into the temple, and the statue of Rallos Zek conned dubious. This leads me to believe he may have some quests to give, but his guardians are too close to let me hail him. My one lead to getting in there, is to find the further religious symbols of Rallos Zek... Goonda in WK and his Clurg faction are the best leads the shaman community has thus far.
