I have camped the 5th floor for weeks now getting rings. We have killed this guy MANY MANY times, and he only drops the same common loot as every other common mob on this floor. He is NOT a PH for anything. The undead dancer beside him has been a PH for the head usher many times, more then the other undead dancers on this floor.

He is the only unique, Non-Named Mob around on this level. My theory is that he is the PH, or trigger spawn, for the Enraged Relative.
