Just saw him on the road to Qeynos in Qeynos hills... been playing for 3 years and NEVER seen him before.. i was surprized to se a dwarf in these lands... what is he for?

Amusingly enough, he responds to this. Nothing special, though, same as if you hail him.
I just can't figure out why it would occur to you to say such a thing to an NPC! LOL
Actually, it's simply saying 'hello' that does it, just like hail. He responds the same if you say 'hello you putrified pile of cat spittle.' This is the same for any npc that responds to hails.

I Also saw this dwarf in Erudin Harbor. I was waiting on the rock south of the harbor for an Invis (i'm an ogre) and he can up out to water and hit me for 50hp! I backed up slightly and he ran back into the water! He came out again the next time I moved - after that I stayed still. I have no idea what a dwarf warrior would be doing underwater in Erudin harbor...

Had to catch the boat but he responded to the word Heretic. He was in the erudin harbour.

I saw him today heading toward WK, wen hailed he said something about lavely area. He is on Stormguard faction because he was ally to me and Stormguard is only faction I am ally with. Conned yellow to level 21
Well, wandering roound qeynos hills today and i see this guuy on track. I ama 28 druid, he was blue to me, con'd apprehensive. i thought i'd take a shot at him so i snared, DoT'd, Blasted, and went in for some melee. he hits pretty hard, up to 50 pts of dmg. I kiled him, got sum Exp and negative faction against: Storm Guard, Kazon Storm hammer, Miners Guild 249, Merchants of Kaladim. And + faction for Kraknec warriors. Oh by the way, he dropped 12 copper and a cloth wristband. Hope this helps someone out there.

I've seen this guy a few times in Erudin too, on the rocks to the right of the harbour where Grendin Maze is usually found. He seems to be KoS to my necro (but hey I'm used to that!) but also dubious to my Erudite Paladin. Wish I knew what he was doing there!

I have never seen this dwarf before, so if anyone has any clue as to what the hell he is doing running to Qeynos (stupid hill dwarves) please let me know... i am gonna go scold this idiot.

I have seen him many times while medding at the stone marker in Qeynos Hills. I would hail him and always get some snide remark from him. he doesn't attack me but I sure would like to attack him.LOL. But I have to wait as I am only lvl 19.Has anyone killed him yet? What does he drop if anything?He is very insulting hehe.
This guy seems to be a new dwarf NPC in the zone. Not sure what he is or does, but he promptly killed my level 12 Enchanter while under a Dark Elf illusion, but left him alone as an Erudite.
