If you have a rog alt, like a new heroic rog or any rog with SoS really, nothing sees them and the run is simple.
- Go straight through the entry corridor then hang a left and you'll see stairs with spiders on either side and TT's there. Go up, then down, them then into the next corridor system which simply loops you around to the town eventually.

Many Guild Halls have the ice crystal to port you to Sandrice Genhart. Someone in your guild had to preorder and was perhaps nice enough to put it in your guild hall
FYI a Snowbound Refined Velium and an Emblem of the Dread Suzerain purchased from her combined just fine for me with each Faded Snowbound armor container as of today, March 23, 2020. It is also worth noting if you purchased the prebuy of the expansion at the level that you are given a Froststone Crystal Resonator, that clickee will port you right into the Coldain camp within Crystal Caverns, saving you all the fun of the terror tentacles and the cold ghouls.
