I camped the single Coldain Missionary at the coldain camp at -3000, -500 in Eastern Wastes. He spawns in a hut with Dobbin Crossaxe.
It took me 5 kills to get the Coldain Fetish. His spawn time is around 30 minutes He did not show anything equipped when he dropped the Coldain Fetish or Brell's Divine Strategy. He was considerable tougher to fight when he had the Fetish on him though. This did not seem like a coincidence as the same tactics were used each time I killed him, and you could hardly think it was just random resists on my cleric's spells. He was not tougher when he had the book Brell's Divine Strategy.

Correction: the camp is at -500, -3000, not the other way around. He is a caster.
Has anyone (soloing) been able to clear out the camp with loremaster derrin and the 3 missionaries? I can clear out everyone but the missionaries pretty easily using harmony/harmony of nature. It's actually nice quadding experience. The missionaries,however, are so close together that I'm not sure that I can pull singly even with harmony of nature and I am not inclined to try killing more than one of these at a time. I am trying to complete the gauntlets of iron tactics quest, and the more missionaries I can kill the better.

My 52 Bard has been single pulling these three using Kelin's Lugubrious Lament (Bard version of Harmony). Make sure the Coldain hunter and Loremaster just in front of the door are harmonied first, then harmony the three missionaries. Target the rear-most missionary for your first pull, then run aways directly behind the shack and use a spell to pull him through the wall. Once he drops, harmony the two in front again, then the two remaining missionaries. This time you will be pulling the one on the right as you face them through the door. Again, run behind the shack aways and pull through the wall with a spell. Now there's one missionary left. Harmony the two out front again, harmony the missionary, run behind the shack aways, and pull him with a spell. The trick is to make certain you never pull a missionary past any other Coldain, and make sure the two in front, especially the Loremaster, are harmonied. If you're a Bard, you have to cast Lugubrious Lament on each of the Coldain seperately prior to each pull. Druids and such have a nice area of effect harmony and may only have to cast twice to get the two in front and the three missionaries inside the shack.

I got the book off the missonary , but i cant find any links or info on starting/doing the guants quest , Any info will greatl appreciated .

The quest NPC you want is Gkrean Prophet of Tallon in Kael Drakkal. Depending on which book you got, you turn it in to Gkrean and you can get a book of tactics, a bracer, a circlet, OR the Gauntlets. I am still trying to get my paws on any book, so I'm not sure which book results in which item. This is the link where I found out about the quest.

Dropped a wis book call Brells divine strategy...just want to know what is iit used for?

A 42 chanter and I (35 Druid) camped this guy and the rest of the dwarfs that spawn here, we held the camp till we had to log with little or no trouble. With Harmony plus chanters mana buffs this camp is a breeze. Might be harder solo but as a partner camp you should do fine here.
More advice if you have a chanter along, pull two of em, and charm one then send it against the other. Whoever survives will be easy to finish off.

Ive got a lvl 54 warrior was wondering how much trouble you think Id have with these bloaks if I brought a lvl 50+ cleric along, I need the books this guy drops for a KD quest. Any advice would be helpfull.

I used a lvl 55 Cleric solo the first fetish I got (I would atone Dobbin Crossaxe, Nuke Missionary after I backed up a bit, then root Missionary, used stuns, nuke again and reroot as needed while I nuked...he did heal a few times.)
I used a 54 Warrior and a 55 Cleric the second time I needed a fetish (for my 23 enchanter.) I used the warrior because she was already in Eastern Wastes anyway. With the warrior available I would use cleric to atone Dobbin Crossaxe, nuke Missionary with cleric after I backed up a bit, then tagged the Missionary with warrior, healed warrior when needed...piece of cake!)
I do not think you would have any trouble at all with the combination of characters you are asking about, as my example shows.

OK, as a 41 druid I tried to take this gut on. Conned white. I started out with snare, root, Drones, Emolate , med. Wrong answer. He has a pretty powerful dd spell. 50 - 400 dam. So i decided to keep him rooted and med outside his range. I doted him with drones about 9 times and then decided to go back in range and check out what damage I had done. He was at abot 95% health and I almost lost my life getting back outside his range. Then ran for zone. Going to come back with some friends.

lol-sry-but u can only cast 1 particular DoT at a time-till that wears off-or u can refresh u'r DoT before it does... Multiple casters may cast the same DoT's and still be effective-and u r free to cast as many DoT's as u have-providing they not all drones-lol

As a 52 Shaman this cat can be a real pain if not prepared. I have seen them Cheal twice plus they will gate back into the hut on occasion. If you can keep em from casting this mob is cake. 2 E bolts and dog dog does the job. If fighting missionary in NE part of zone make sure Dobbin Croosaxe dead first or when she gates expect company.

One of these conned yellow to my level 40 druid.. so he was either level 41 or 42. The other mobs around the Coldain camps.. except for the named ones.. con blue.

Oh.. and one other thing. They HATE wolf form... so beware ;)

also they hit harder then their warrior coldain friends and have the nasty urge to gate when hurt and also use full heal on themselfs. and what would a cleric mob be without a nice wrath?
