he was also blue to me at 30. I have seen him in two spots, once and the entrance next to pit ( he spawned there twice in a row, dropped nothing ) and once I saw him on a walkway about halfway down.

He's blue to me at 44. Trust me every thing in Velious is frickin blue. I came to velious at lvl 35 and everything was blue then also. He's a candy a** though. I solo him with no probs. Mostly drops crappy frozen longswords and frozen 2hs. Occasionally drops the head piece. Decent item I guess.

Level seems to be different, was red to me at 30.
Spells did work though, so no higher than 35.

im a 33 pally on povar and he conned blue to me, myself and a 31 chanter took him and 3 adds i had to lay hands but we made it out alright
