Burned him down,, SPAWNS ARE DEFINITELY BASED ON % of health. Lol found out hard, had 20 spawns in like 5 seconds. If you are boxing or not DPS heavy, pause on DPS while you burn adds.

Bloodmoon Howlers are this guy's PH. I marked a couple of the spawn locations but there is a third out there.
P -527.6854, 590.4236, -0.8758, 127, 64, 0, 2, Bloodmoon_Howler_Trolog_(Hunter)
P -554.3901, 65.0992, -0.5635, 127, 64, 0, 2, Bloodmoon_Howler_Trolog_(Hunter)
He spawns 2 Savage Worg adds very frequently. Burned him down with 3 mage burns and saw a total of 10 adds by the time we got him down. Evacced once he was dead instead of trying to deal with that mess.
Not sure if the adds are timed or % health based as that would need more testing, and not excited to deal with those adds again...
