This mob spawns at -107, -244, -156 near the Plane of Tranquility stone. Findable (via Ctrl-F): Yes

In Stratos: Stratos: Zephyr's Flight:

This mob spawns at +165, +147, +53 northwest of the zone in, right next to Sagacious Great Jade which is on CTRL F find. Findable (via Ctrl-F): Yes

In Stratos: Fan the Flames (mission):

He is located on the same island where you come in for the mission. He is at /loc -529, +430, +182 on the northeast corner of the island.

You say, 'Hail, Grieving Soul Scent'
