In Brother Island: The sirens of Brother Island only come out to play at night... They'll be up from 7pm-4am in-game /time (a zonewide emote precedes their appearance). They are found along the northwestern coast and other areas underwater.

Just to let those interested know, these dropped Siren Hair, no drop for 6th Shawl. I didnt see it listed as loot. I soloed the three north of Wyvern 1, single pulled and nuked, took two bars of mana, 51 druid.

Will a small dot like sicken break the charm? Or does that only work on fear spells and mez?

I would like to concur with some of the previous posts about their level. Generally something 15 to 20 levels lower than you would have a heck of a time simply landing a spell on you, be it a charm, a nuke or whatever. When a level 40 mob can land a charm on a level 56 character with magic resist up over 120, there is something to be said about its level. It may have the hps of a level 40 mob, but be aware, even though these will con green or blue to anyone in this zone, they can and will take you out at times. Tread carefully around these water witches.

lv 57 shaman and 60 war, war was charmed and turned on me, when i started to run he ended up summoning me back and killed me at 57 they were still blue =)

Add 10 to the lvls. They were from blue to red to me at 42. Only one was red, and yellow to a 44 in our group.

If you'll read the level range it is 38 to 45. Now a 38 would con green to a 52, while a 45 would con DB to a 56, so i think the level range posted here is dead on. As to whether they are a bad undercon or not, that is a different story.

No way you should add 10 levels. These are going green to me at 52.
Dark Blue to me at 51
The enticers are light blue to me at 52, both the seductresses, and enchantresses are dark blue.

She is an enchanter and will make you her pet. We fought these last night
and they charmed someone in our group almost every fight. The charms
usually only lasted for 10 seconds at most, so it wasn't usually a hazard for
us.

hehe, it can get nasty...
once I hunted some of these with a bunch of guildmates (a 56 mage and 55 monk and me, 51 wizard at that time)... trust me, the monk didnt like getting chain nuked for 648 every other 3 or 4 seconds =)
