a sarnak courier  

My group and I saw this thing and decided to kill it, we were just bored. I thought I'd heard something of it, but didn't know it was so rare, neither did the rest of my group. It just got pulled and we were a lvl 20 group so it was an easy kill, but only dropped an Amber so I looted it to sell later in the Mill.

Not much of a great mob! Easily killed, my group ripped it to shreds within 10 seconds! My group was just an Ogre SK, a Vah Shir BS, and myself an Iksar Necromancer. It went down so fast my Heat Blood hit the corpse! No great loot either.

After that we found another one 15 minutes later (that's exact because I had to camp in 15 and it was the last thing I kiled), but it had nothing to our interests on it so we let it decay.

And if this is a triggered spawn for the quest...well I hope those monks get it quick 'cause I've seen a few of these (not so very rare apparently), but it was horrible experience so I never killed it, the only reason group killed was that it added to a Sabertooth.

today i saw this guy by the cablis newbie zone. he walked right through. being the red con that he is to a lev 9 i lef him alone i shouted to the three newbs that attacked him i think they said they were level 5 or something, well any way after they got there bodies ( yeah all three of them ) i desided to follow this guy at a Big distance. we waled all over the zone i guess i just got lucky nothing attacked me well anyway as i said we walked the zone ( THE WHOLE THING) Took a while to do it too. when we got to the mill a second time a high level was there i asked for help to kill it so i could get the fist well low and beold what happend ( no i didnt die)
we killed it took a little less than 3 minutes he high lev couldnt hit it very well for some reason., he let me loot it and well guess what I GOT JACK not one item nothing nothing at all next time i see this guy if he can pray he better do it fast cuz this litle lev nine monk is power leveling just to be high enough to trash this guy. man i hat it when you do something for a long time and have nothing to show for it.

Any way the poin is that yes he does wander the entire zone so he could be anywhere or spawn anywhere just keep looking. Povar server.

Two days ago I was lucky enough to finally find one of these Couriers. Not with my monk but with my level 14 Mage. It conned even to him so he and his pet killed the Courier, then I switched to get my Monk on and luckily the corpse was still there. :)
The loc where the Courier finally went down was pos 1900, pos 1400. I was fighting near lake but that time was just a bit away from the shore towards the hills when this Courier came walking from east (FV side) to west (goblins fort).
I just can't say if that's a usual path for him.
