Doing cleric epics for two clerics at the same time.
Got the Lord to spawn twice in 6 clears. Not bad. The pearlescent fragments seemed to drop faster too, got 8 of them in about 3 hours. I wonder if they've "Care Beared" the cleric epic, as they do so many quests and drops now, meaning they've made them a lot easier to do.

It has not. Was doing pre-collecting out of order and it took three days of off and on playing to get the 4 pearlescent fragments. Meanwhile I'm on day two of watching another player camp Lord Bergurgle and waiting my turn. Lord Gimblox only took a few cycles and Overking Bathezid was already up.
One thing you gotta watch for is these goblins will run away at low HPs. If the placeholder runs he can sometimes get stuck in the wall or ceiling. If you don't find and kill him he can just remain there. Then you can camp the tower "forever" and never see the Lord.

Lord Bergurgle is level 40, not level 30.
Took 21 clears to get him to spawn. Best way is bind in his room and just gate back periodically, assuming you can handle 3 aqua gobs hitting you at once. If you're doing epic you should be able to.

Thanks for this update - I just rerolled a new Cleric on Mischief and I was dreading starting the epic again because the last time (long, long, LONG time ago, back when the final turn mob wasn't triggered but instead on a 7-day timer) it took *28* hours of game time under water before he spawned! So I am reassured that you got it in 1/2 that time and have hope!

I can confirm on Agnarr that it is a 24 min spawn rate for LB and his PH.

The 2 companions next to Bergurgle's spawn point is 4 minutes 46 seconds respawn on TLP as of 6/21/2016.

I don't know if anyone reads these posts anymore. I know, I do. But the spawn timer on Lord Bergurgle and PH is 24 minutes. His 2 companions are 3 minutes. I have not seen Lord Bergurgle yet but I have seen other Named that spawn here also.

Spawns on the top level of an underwater tower in Lake Rath
You find the underwater area by looking at map, there are 2 massive tunnels leading to it
(If you don't have EQ maps, go get them)
Has 28 Minute spawn timer for his / PH mob spawn location
2 other goblins spawn next to him on much shorter timer
No other goblin spawn locations but the one on top of the tower will spawn him
He can be up when you get there, or you can farm him for a week without seeing him once
Clerics and druids may both be farming same location for different mobs, as a druid epic mob spawns nearby - so make sure to ask if you see someone already camping there!

Confirmed 28 minute spawn timer for PH. Bergurgle was the next spawn for me.

A friend of mine killed him about a week ago. She said he spawned near to where Deep was standing. I've been watching for him for the last 2 days, and he still hasn't spawned. The place holder is a goblin on a 28 minute timer, while the 2 other goblins in the room are on a 6 minute timer. I killed lavawalker, and Bergurgle did not spawn with lavawalker's death. I'm on Vox server. A another cleric told me he has 7 clerics on different servers and Vox is the slowest at Bergurgle spawning.

I figured I'd go camp my Necro out in LR so I could keep an eye on Berg's spawn point for my Cleric's epic. No sooner that I get out there, I see him. I kill him and the two other gobs and check the corpse remain time. Under 8 minutes. Crap! So I load my Druid and Cleric, get there as fast as I could from PoK, and the closest I got to looting the corpse was entering into the zone before the corpse poofed. I wasn't sure if the Necro could loot the crown to trigger the next step with the NPC, so I didn't bother to loot it as the time ran out. Does it have to be a cleric that turns the crown in, or can anyone turn the crown in to trigger the event?

I know this is a bit late, but I was able to turn in the crown with my Bard and start the event. It does not have to be a cleric.

The best advice I can give for camping this mob is to take an iPhone with Angry Birds with you. How will this help you camp him? It won't. But the time spent sitting there will be much more amusing this way.

Camped him for 24hrs, killed him, quickly check he had the crown as loot and he did, i was over joyed!
camped out swapped to cleric (who was just sitting off of lake) and by the time i had swam there the corpse had poofed!

The PH is Deep water goblins in the tower by NPC Deep

To take this statement a bit further, for clarification, the PH/LB spawns at Deep's feet. There will be two goblins that spawn at either side and a foot or two in front of her. When all four mobs are there, they form a triangle, Deep and the PH/LB the top point.

Finally got my Crown then the guy helping me, in some confusion, killed Natasha instead of Shmendrick and to get Natasha to spawn I had to get ANOTHER Lord Bergurgles Crown, got a bit luckier only 12 PH's.
VERY IMPORTANT!!
THE EASIEST METHOD TO GET PAST THIS PART IS, BEFORE YOU CAMP LORD BERGURGLE:
KILL SHMENDRIK LAVAWALKER WHO WILL SPAWN THE SPIRIT OF FLAME
KILL THE SPIRIT OF FLAME AND LOOT DAMAGED GOBLIN CROWN.
THEN WHEN YOU HAVE THE LORD BERGURGLES CROWN HAND IT TO SHMENDRIK LAVAWALKER THEN RUN STRAIGHT TO THE HUT AND INSIDE YOU WILL FIND NATASHA WHITEWATER - DON'T EVEN LET THE FIGHT START JUST HAND HER THE DAMAGED GOBLIN CROWN YOU GOT PREVIOUSLY AND YOU WILL GET THE ORNATE SEA SHELL YOU NEED. SHE WILL IMMEDIATELY DESPAWN AND SHMENDRICK DOES NOT NEED TO DIE.

What I THINK he's saying here is that the quest was incomplete, stuck in the middle. Somebody killed Begurgle without doing the rest of the quest, Shmendrik was never killed, so Begurgle wasn't spawning for him (just thought I'd make that clear).
I also have to recommend killing Shmendrik FIRST to be SURE. When I did it that way, Begurgle spawned AS SOON as I went to the tower. Then, you only have to wait the 3 hours or so for Shmendrik to respawn to get on with the quest and your life.

I would not follow this advice as the Lord will spawn regardless of where you are in the quest.. or if you are even on the quest. A warrior can kill PH's and have just as much of a chance to spawn him as a cleric currently on that part of the quest.

I swim my cleric and SK into the tower to start camping Bergie. I kill the PH, set my egg timer for 30 minutes, and camp out both toons inside the tower next to Deep. I log in with my SK only, kill a couple of 30 minute rounds of spawns, and the on the 3rd round boom Bergie pops. I log in my cleric as I am waxing Bergie, and when my cleric finally comes into game, he's standing on the shore on the opposite side of the zone! I'm like, "OK, that's not where I parked you."
Regardless, I figured it was no prob since I have seven minutes to get to him and loot...plenty of time. Ya Right. When I got there and targeted him, it said he was still alive and at 0% health. I'm like what the heck is this?!?!?! No, No, say it isn't so...I'M BUGGED!! I look at my SK's screen and Bergie is taking a dirt nap...look back at clerics screen and still at 0% health, but alive. I try hitting, nuking, stunning, bashing and kicking and no luck. I try /loot and /assist SK to no avail...I cannot loot Bergie. I ended up looting the crown with my SK since I could not bare to watch it rot with 8 secs on the clock.
Now I know he'll never spawn again for me and I will end up camping the bum for hours/days. This is crap :( I want a refund lol.
Edit: Well all is OK...I had killed Shmendrik before I camped Lord Bergie. So all I did was hand in Bergie's crown with my SK and Natasha spawned...mt cleric did the hand-in with her and got the shell! Woot!!

I wanted to point out that the spawn timers have changed on the middle PH. He spawns every 30 min now. Been camping him off and on last couple of days, and he hasn't spawned once.

camped this guy for like 4 hours had to tainted aqua goblins spawn here he was suppose to killed lucky for druid in group kept me and him alive with enduring breath had to recast it like 20 times the whole time we were there. the funny thing is when he spawned we were trying to help a monk track down deep for his epic now off to the next stupid goblin what is it with goblins liking to make people wait for them for hours
His tower is the one in the middle of the zone labeled underwater tower(mapfiend maps) he spawns at the very top and is on a 12 minute timer with placeholders, he is a rare mob. He has 2 guards who are on a 7 minute timer.
took me 6 hours, don't give up there is still hope :D

Lol, I almost didn't look on top of the tower. He was up when I eventualy swam up there.
