These are the most plentiful mobs that will spawn in the Emerald Jungle iksar camps. They seem to range in levels from 33ish to 35. (blue to white to my level 35 friend, and light blue to blue to me (level 46).
The wonderful thing about all iksar in the EJ camps is that they don't assist. So just shoot a bow at them or huck a throwing star and they'll come, one at a time.
The not so wonderful thing about the EJ camps is all the wandering mobs and the lack of any real "camp spot". But heck, if a moderately equipped level 46 monk (wu's trance stick and a fighting baton) and a slightly more twinked level 35 shadowknight (wurmslayer and dreadscale armor) can successful duo at one of these camps, then a good group could rake in the experience here!

I couldn't get any type of these mobs to single pull at lvl 39.
I tried various types with a damage type spell (dot) and as well as a non-damage type (slow/cancel magic).
Each time, the complete camp came regardless of which type of mob I tried.

why dont they make them look more intersting?

Some of these Picaroons are green to me at 44. So I suspect that the level range is incorrect and extends lower than 35.
