As I do more of these for explorer and hunter, I find that some of the mobs are in multiple zones. He may be in the Shifting Tower, but he's also in the Antiquated Palace. That's where I took the uploaded image.
Please correct zone location.
Need to correct the zone he is in. He is NOT in Takish Hiz: The Antiquated Palace
