Mangler - Multiple PHs are 'an elemental wizard'. Killed The Stone Caller at Castle Entrance (when you first go down the ramp) inside that building (straight in) and one inside Slab (left mob behind bar).

PH appears to be any wizard elemental. Got it to spawn in a building just past Slab that has one wizard and one rock golem in it.
Edit: once the Guardian of the Seal is live, mobs appear to be moved around a bit. There are no more elementals deeper in near Slab etc, just ghosts and constructs. All elementals were moved to the entrance/first castle area. I got The Stone Caller to pop from one of the crusader/warrior/monstrosity elementals right inside the first castle near the zone in.

This mob has dropped nothing on TLP after 4 kills. Maybe rares but appears to be a revamp mob that was left in the zone.
Just found this guy patrolling the first set of stairs leading down into Paineel on Test server, believe he is a replacement for "A Stone Caller" which spawned in the old version of The Hole.
