Casts Arctic Blast (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=4471) at an unknown interval. We saw him cast it on aggro, 30 seconds later, then 150 seconds later. It is a rain spell so can be pretty nasty if you're all clumped together.
