He always has cleaver visible but doesn't always drop one. Killed him twice last night and only dropped one piece of amorphous each time. Bogus.

The Dreadland Wanderer crumples to the ground, immune to your actions.
this appears at 50% hp . The mob go away and you have to reengage him.

From what I remember of that zone there are some skeletons that spawn along the north wall of the zone one of them is the PH. It basically spawned right next to a tree. Sorry, I don't have the /loc.
