When I was pulling the hunter, this guy Ag'd me as well. Our group killed the hunter, and this guy, and the forager and the hunter spawned. So I believe he is on the forager cycle.
Bad lil skeleton. He is a shaman, can hit in the 100's and his lil wolf pet is fast also. Faster than my jboots... had to zone twice and then figured it out.
Charmed Oracle and he attacked his pet which then poofed at the end of the 18 second charm. Mezzed the Oracle after a couple of hits... removed buffs 9 times just to make sure and then ran him around in a circle. I used Purifying Rhythems 73mr/dr/pr Chant of Flame, Chant of Frost He debuffed me several time but the tboots take 1.5secs and can be cast on the run with bards... He also re-cast sow on himself while running :), after he started beating on me again i mezzed, debuffed 4 times and continued the circle... Hit me with some dots(resisted) and cold dd's (some landed)134mr, 130pr, 126dr, 80cr.
All of this for: nada 9gld Oracle is now on my ignore list.. but was fun to figure out...
I can't remember if he was on the hunter or forager cycle, since our little group was just killing them all, heh.
For level, I only know he conned blue to me like everything else on the hunter/forager cycle (except doom, who didn't show, thankfully)
We killed him twice that night, and he dropped nothing worth mentioning, just coins and a word or rune.
As far as pulling is concerned, a Ranger is still the best choice. I pulled him like I do all other pet classes in this zone, by rooting his pet. He then dispelled my SoW, but I simply rooted him, backed away, recast SoW on myself and DD'ed him until root broke. The only other class that could take the beating while casting root and be able to re-SoW themselves is the shaman, but without tracking, this isn't a great option. Even a warrior would not be able to take his and his pet's damage during the long run back to a group if their SoW got dispelled. That's assuming a warrior could find his way back...
Our group consisted of a 49 ench, 52 druid, 52 ranger, 52 warrior. The hunters and foragers were dropping as quickly as I could pull them. We'd take a short mana break after about 5 or 6. We walked out of there with 2 Silken Cat Fur Girdles, 2 Trakanasaur's Teeth, 2 Ghosty Robes, 1 Iksar Ceremonial BP and a Hangman's Noose which went to the enchanter since nobody wanted it. I think it went very well for our first trip there. We all want to go back as soon as possible.

*cough* Bard *cough*
Granted, I'd Chain rather than root, but since I could get Selo's back up while still running, the point is really trivial. Have track, too, though granted not as good as rangers. I find I can get the 2 east-side forager spawn points from the spot where the stream meets the lake, but not the one southeast of the lake.
One point that might favor bards for puller on casters (despite the shorter tracking range) -- resist songs. Or, heck -- just charm the thing & lead it back to the group as a pet. :)
This is one annoying skele to pull i'll tell you that...He is a Shaman and LOVES to Dispell, he hit me with it twice took off my levi and then wolf form...runs with sow and seems faster and carries around his little wolf friend. I wouldn't reccomend a Druid or Ranger pulling this unless their MR is upwards of 100. Also the Hunter is his PH.
