Just a note: He currently doesn't show up on tracking. We've checked the locations listed here on this page, but he's not there. If it's not a bug, then I'm guessing someone else killed him, thinking he was needed for Hunter -- assuming it's not a bug, and there have been plenty with the planes. They really should have made this an instanced quest, since it's already a group/mission.

Thanks for the useful post, and grats on dinging "scholar" here at the Zam forums.
during the task .. when you go to visit Lapa the Caged, he won't be there and you will get an emote giving you a hint as to where he is:
could be at the bottom before the statue tunnel
could be in the bar
could be in front of one of the buildings
could be in the room outside the "huge sentry" that boots you out
Could be in he theatre
Could be in the first room on the way to the room with the huge sentry
yes, there can be more than one up at a time because of multiple quests going at one time

If you go all the way down the stairs to the bottom, he is also down there at the pond with the skeleton statue. He didn't wander down there because I went back up to the theater room and he was still in there. So in 2 places at once. Maybe a bug?

Near 137.59, -57.51, -146.86. Looks like a theater type room if you go downstairs from the zone in.
