Level 57 ranger --- had to have help with him --- he heals a lot, and will heal any other mobs. Partner at least --- I was low on mana when he found me so I might be able to take him with a full load of mana.
A group of us in rroom took him out yesterday - i am lvl 51 and he conned yellow to me. Guess he could have been lvl 52 then tho I understood that a 52 should con white to a 51. Hard fight and he hits hard - don't know about HT - I wasn't his first target. Dropped helm.
Me(41 warrior), my friend(36 cleric), his father(53 druid), 54 sk, 55 war and an enchanter took this guy down today. Was very easy and dropped gem and the helm. the druid won roll.
This is the most common mob that ends up in most trains. Encountered him like 20 times in 1 day cause some people just can't handle the hand camp. Y should my group have to get all the trains just because they aren't smart enough to camp hands without a chanter or a bard.
Where the hell did this guy come from? I've seen him pulled to both RCY and Tower.. Very confusing. Somehow i end up agroed every time and FD saves my ***. Hit me for like 147 everyshot almost, tough little *******. Somehow we did kill him, 2 hands, and 2 skell soldiers. Don't ask me how.. Good enchanter I guess.
#Anonymous,
Posted:Apr 23 2002 at 6:34 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) umm.........you people are just stupid, the mallet is for cleric epic, im doin it atm and there were people on their altss who had clerics with their epic, so this is for cleric epic quest. get your facts straight morons.
The Quest starts in Lake Rathe wear you must kill a named water goblin, Lord Bergurgle. He spawns in the underwater goblin cave, in the tower at (2800, 150). He is around level 40 and casts Complete Heal on himself. He is a rare spawn on a 28 minutes spawn time with a placeholder. The Deepwater Goblins spawn around him so have some companions come along with you and remember Endure Breath. He drops Lord Bergurgle's Crown.
Take the crown to Shmendrik Lavawalker (3600, 0) who spawns once every 3 hours. Stay at his spawn spot because he is level 30 so someone might kill him if you are not there. When you give it to him he will give you Oil of Fennin Ro and Natasha Whitewater will spawn. Natasha will kill Shmendrik, causing a spirit of flame to spawn immediately on his corpse. Kill this level 40 spirit of flame who has approximately 3300 hitpoints.
Loot the Damaged Goblin Crown from him. Natasha will also try to kill her so just root, enstill, mesmerize, or do something that will keep her out of the fight because if she gets killing blow it may cause corpse to disappear. The safest way to do this (but more time consuming) is to first just kill Shmendrik without giving him the Lord Bergurgle's Crown, then kill spirit of the flame and loot the Damaged Goblin Crown.
Then wait for Shmendrik to spawn again, give him Lord Bergurgle's Crown, kill the spirit of flame and give Natasha the Damaged Goblin Crown you already have. Well anyways, after giving Natasha the Damaged Goblin Crown, she will give you Ornate Sea Shell. Take this Ornate Sea Shell to Omat Vastsea in Timorous Deep (-11567, -2227). To reach him, take the cave entrance at loc (-11530, -3728), then the entrance at (-11336, -1307). He will give you a Coral Statue of Tarew. Take this Coral Statue to a seeker in the Temple of Solusek Ro. He is at (326,38,29) and will spawn at 9 A.M. and despawn at 9 P.M. game time.
When you give it to him, he will take it and change into a Plasmatic Priest and start attacking you. He hits in the high hundreds and has 3000-3500 hit points. He is level 55 and casts Complete Heal, Tremor, Annul Magic, Reckoning. You should always bring him to the zone before attacking him because his Area Effect Tremor makes the keepers around him attack him and if they get the kill then you loose the corpse and you must start over. Once you have killed him, loot his Blood Soaked Plasmatic Robe.
Now go to Solusek A and kill Lord Grimblox. He is a rare spawn on a 19 minute spawn timer will a placeholder (Either Large Fire Goblin or Fire Goblin Shaman). He is only level 30 and shouldn't be hard to kill. Loot his Lord Grimblox's Signet Ring. Now, take the Blood Soaked Plasmatic Robe to Omat Vastsea, causing him to give you Orb of Frozen Water and making Natasha Whitewater spawn again, in Timorous Deep.
Orb of Clear Water
Immediately after giving Omat Vastea the Robe, run to Natasha Whitewater in a house close to Omat. Give her Lord Grimblox's Signet Ring and she will give you a second Ornate Sea Shell. Take this Sea Shell to Naxot Deepwater in Burning Woods. His location is (3400, -2150). He spawns there at 6 P.M. gametime and despawns at 6 A.M. He will give you a Message to Natasha. Now you must kill Ixiblat Fir. This is a level 62 immense Fire Elemental. Hit hits for up to 575 damage and has over 32000 hit points. He spawns in the Burning Wood at (-2000, 1500) . He casts a 300 damage Area Effect fire based spell. This spell is immune to fire elementals. His magic resistance is average to below average for his level. His is not completely immune to fire based spells but it is recommended that you use cold based magic. Once he is gotten down to low health, he will try to run. Try and keep him still because he has a fast regeneration rate. Loot off of him Sceptre of Ixiblat Fir. This drops every time. Now you have to kill the Overking Bathezid Di'Zok. This level 63 sarnak spawns in Chardok and takes a load of people to kill. He casts a 500 damage Area Effect spell, complete heal, gravity flux, and gate. You have to be careful when killing him. If you fight him at his spawning location you must be careful that he you don't aggro the Queen and you also have to be careful that he doesn't cast Gravity Flux. That will aggro more mobs in upstairs rooms such as the Herbalist. You can also fight him in the hallway but then you have to be careful he doesn't Gate. Then he will start summoning people and they will die. Loot from him a Singed Scroll which drops every time. Take the Singed Scroll and Sceptre of Ixiblat Fir to Omat Vastsea. He will give you the Orb of Clear Water and Natasha Whitewater will spawn again.
Orb of Vapor
Run straight to Natasha Whitewater after doing the previous step. Give her the Message to Natasha. You will receive the shimmering pearl. Now comes the most what most clerics agree to be the most tedious part of the quest, killing Zordak Ragefire. First you will need to go to Solusek B, and find the merchant Zordak Ragefire. He will be in his human form and is located on a ledge just below the entry to the Fire Giant castle. As far as I know he is on a 24 hr timer. You go to him (making all your imbue fire opal scroll perchases beforehand) and turn in your shimmering pearl to him for swirling pearl. At this point he will depop with a curse. Now it is off to Skyfire. That is where the kos man form and dragon pop now. Zordakalicus Ragefire is on a 1-5 day cycle, zone repops and patches apparently reset the cycle. He will pop as a level 55 and attack you. He pops in front of the dragon statue holding the red-fire orb in the Northeast corner of the zone. Once you kill him, his true dragon form, Zordakalicus Ragefire, a level 60 dragon spawns. He is an exact duplicate of Nagafen except that he has more hitpoints and hits slightly harder. All the normal Nagafen tactics apply. Loot from his corpse Impure Heart of Zordak Ragefire a NO DROP container. Place inside of this the swirling pearl. Combine you and will get the Heart of Ragefire. Hand it to Omat Vastsea. Also note that the Ragefire part can now be done anytime in the epic. The hand-in to the Merchant Form in Solb does not affect the spawn of him in Skyfire at all.
Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh
After the last step, Jhassad Oceanson will spawn close to Omat. Give Jhassad the three orbs: Orb of Frozen Water, Orb of Water, and Orb of Vapor. He will return to you Orb of Triumvirate and the Avatar of Water will spawn near Jhassad by the shore. He will then roam around the shore and finally come to stand next to Jhassad. It is recommended that you wait for the Avatar of Water to stand next to Jhassad because then you will get experience when you turn in the Orb. If you give it to him while he is on his roam path, you will get no experience and obviously the experience bonus is a lot since this is an Epic Quest. Turn in the Orb of Triumvirate to the Avatar of Water. He will give you the Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh.
Can you tell me exactly where it says in this epic quest outline where you need this mallet? Sorry if we're all stupid morons, oh great EQ Master, please enlighten us to your almighty wisdom.
Why do people get such attitudes? A simple post saying something to the effect of "I believe this might be for the cleric epic" would have been sufficient. There was absolutely no need to call everyone 'stupid' and 'morons'.
Looks like to me that you haven't even looked at your epic quest, so, maybe it is YOU who should get their facts straight before acting like an a**face and calling everyone names.
Firt time ever summoned by a monster-first time ever fought Conscrupt of Sathir-first time killed by Conscrupt of Sathir. Bulvar Biggins Dwarf Warrior Divine Union of Souls
hi, me and a group killed 3 of these in about 5mins, all 3 dropped blood ember gaunts! we also killed a cursed hand and it dropped a good shammy amulet? any way its a cool place to camp good loot and exp, galoldar the uber warrior druzzil ro
today me and a group took him out 2 times, he dropped the helm of rile twice and the mallet once and gaunts.. he tough though, summons and hits for about 120's. harm touched me for 486 so be careful..
Was camping Cappy room, war pulled this for some reason, only god knows why...so some drolvargs add, things get hairy, lo and behold, I'm top of his agro, so he gave me a beating, was at like 1-1 and 1/2 bubs of health, tried to book, he summons me and HTs for 761.
Did KC today and dropped this guy twice with a grp of 50ish people (mostly young 50, a few high 40's)... 1 monk, 1 pally, 1 ranger, 1 cleric, 1 crack dealer, and me (the exp leech... heheh).
Both time he dropped the mallet and the helm. The helm probably goes for around 1k. I did a search on Google with blessed mallet quest and didn't see anything relevant came up. So this MAY be a quest item yet to come. Or another trash item VI creates to praise the LAG GOD.
My group just killed this guy a short time ago and he HT the tank for about 741 and was hitting in 130- 150 range on us. He dropped a no stats no drop mallet for us in addition to the helm of rile. anyone know what the mallet is for? i cant find it listed on any equipment or quest item lists anywhere
got the mallet as well, we let the cleric have it the first time cause it sounds like some cleric quest yet to be, and the second time it droped since no one wanted it so i took it just for having it =)
just kill this guy today in hand room he droped a lore no drop hammer with no stats Blessed Hammer can ne1 please enlighten me what this is for. thank you
He also spawns in the far of RCY (under the canopy). Don't know if it's a bug on my server (torv) but you can target him through the wall and taunt him to make him go through it to attack you. Hands mostly but rarely the construct of sathir. I've seen him spawn there more than the hands room for some reason.
had a great group down in the sewers and we pulled this guy, i'll tell you how he can get into the hands room, its simply where he spawns.. we would have been okay if it werent for all the decayed prisoners around.. we got wiped, but my plague and E bolt took him out just in time to swipe the helm from his corpse merely seconds before becoming one myself. but this guy is far from the demi-god he is made out to be.
We were in the hands room when this guy came through the door. Not sure why or how but I got Taken for 761 and one hit. Loading please wait. My group said what happend. It basicly was instant death. Argue and wine all you want.
