A "Shissar Hide Tome" Nodrop, no stats, all/all item dropped from one of these frogs in Seb last night for my group. Since nobody had and clue what it was, I asked to loot it, and got permision to do so.
It is not a right-clickable book. I will attempt to get it identified and see if there is more information. As far as I can tell, there is nothing anywhere referencing this item. (Google Search)
If anyone has a clue as to where this might be used, drop me a line, either here, or when I'm ingame.

Killed a few of these guys last night.. conned yellow to me at 52 every time, and I'm pretty sure he popped on top of the stage each time we pulled him, although I wasn't the one pulling, so I can't be sure.
I also got the tome.. did a /ooc asking about it and recieved a tell saying it was for a key. I figured I could find the quest here, so I didn't bother to probe further... I'll post more if I figure it out.

i looted one of these last night off the ilis wizzard in disco one also and still havent a clue as to what it is used for either, cant find any info on it anywhere. anyone with info please post asap, would greatly help out

A million times huh? Of course there is a disco its a very common camp full of named frogs, i suggest you make it a million and one times and this time pay attention.

not every server refers to the same camps as yours. it is called disco is what it is refered to on tarew marr where i play though. ha funny thought just came in mind. had a lvl 60 cleric think he was bad becasue he had his new hammer. he pulled one of these and it wasted him in about 8 seconds before he even got back. guess he thought he could tank while the ma was afk. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate this new hammer. its cool when you are messing around but when i need mana for the group YOU the cleric are excluded from haste untill i say i can afford to spend the mana to let you go oom becasuse you mant to melee

This guy dropped Felhammer today in Sebilis i was in Disco group and we were pulling from both discos so i dont know excatlly where, but this is avery nice 2h, like 36dmg 46dly or something and procs smite *86dd dmg* like hell for our war with only 95dex. Very nice item, im told about 25 to 30k worth so our war is very luck hehe.
