If you're hunting your epic, bring someone who can pick locks. You can no longer use illusion items (or project illusion from enchanters) to cheat through locked doors to the Prince and Queen.

The information you see to the left of the screenshot for the NPC is tied to any NPC with that name. So you'll see that information on every mob in our NPC database with this name.
This is the reason why we put zone names bolded above the information so people can tell which NPC we are talking about.

I understand that, but just think that each different mob ( though they have the same name) should have their own stats on their page. just to avoid confusion, as well as possible future programming errors.
I mean, there are listings for each one, cause there are numberous differences. Case in point: Factions, Drop lists, special effects, HP totals, max hits, even zones( normal static vs normal instanced anniversary vs expansion differences vs raid instance). My pointy is basically it would make sense. lol
But I leave it to you. brought up my case.

Ya it's a weird design however changing it would require a developer redesigning the wiki system that is integrated into the site and then going back and separating information on thousands of NPC's. The developer that works on things for us works on small little issues here and there for us. Any major projects are pretty much out of the question.

Considering you have a separate page for the EoK version of this mob theres no reason to have the EoK stats on here. You have a different entry, different loot table, different everything. Theres no need for the EoK stats to be on and RoK mob

I've only actually been in this zone once before, but I recently created a SK and want to get my hands on the shard of night. My question is what is the location of this mob? Can someone give me the map loc to add so I can locate it? And how can I get a key to get into her room? I have a polymorph wand so it isnt technically necessary, but I still would like to have one just in case. Thanx in advance ^_^

if you have someone with call of hero he can transform at the door and get in, everyone else can then be called in by him just dont move when you get in. you can suspend your mercs and wait 5 mins while everyone meds up and pulls up buff spells and then voila you are all in and buffed with mercs and good to go with out unlocking the door.
Was a push over for 81 mage, 440 AA, solo equipped. Had merc out, and level 81 air pet summoned with Enhanced Minion II... Sent in host of elements, raging servant, and pet - down in 8 seconds. Adds took about 30 seconds. She even dropped the shard on first kill.
King was equally easy.

Had a 76 war, 78 monk, and 61 war(me, i needed epic.). Went in with 2 clr mercs to be safe, aside from all the adds you get pulling her could have done without any clr mercs dropped in about 20 secs. And i got my sword for epic. :)

So I was expecting a fairly challenging fight. I ran in there and took the king and the queen together as a 70 war. Just had my nice 2hs from anguish and threw down furious, intensity, and hit rampage all at once. They went down fast and i never dropped below 95% !! fun fun

So I tried to take the queen by myself tonight. I was there for my cleric epic like 2 years ago but was guided/plowed through. I invis then of course there's undead bugs so fight em off. 71 War btw. I ended up being able to take like 5 steps then another group of mobs would aggro all the way to the Royal gaurd room. I got to the door knocked a few times got told to F off and noone is home. Read on here bout pushin mobs through so I did pushed a bugger inside only when he got in he just happened to be at 14% health or so, so he ran well that led to a few mobs comin ok cool ill run away they'll summon me in. WRONG!! They came through and didn't stop coming. 20+ or so got botu 5 of em down then just couldnt take it anymore and did the inevitable and died:( I don't think I'll be goin there alone next time took an hour and a half to get there and didnt even get to see the queen. She will die by my sword tomorrow night though.

is there a key or someway to get to the queen without a rogue? other than trying to get summoned or some random occurance? thanks in advance.
soloed on a 12k hp / 2k ac monk just used WhirlWind Disc and she droped. Eh was annoying getting to her , but dropping mobs to 10% and letting them summon me worked. Then FD, killed her then FD. lol

Just 2box'd her with a 10k hp/1.9k ac warrior and 6.8k hp/1.5 ac monk, used one HoT potion. Getting to her was the worst part, no rogue to unlock the door. Love summoning mobs.

This mob is so over-estimated. She's not big and bad as some may think. The real problem was getting to her. We went with two good groups of 50's-70's to raid several things in Chardok, the Queen being one of them. She went down in a HEAP with just one level 70. As far as I know she drops the Ancient Sword Blade every time. I got it the first kill, and everyone I've ever talked to has gotten it the first time they've encountered her. Easy kill folks, as long as you're not a lowbie :)

Soloed this part as a lvl 70 Shaman. Used Lingering Sloth and Vindictive Spirit to slow the mobs while I used my TA to slow them individually. Just kept Spiritual Serenity on myself, and used Spirit of the Panther and Curse of Sisslak to kill the Queen and all 8 adds.

definately soloable , actually the easiest of the 3 royals to solo for me. once in i invised behind her , chopped her down and then killed her adds. best way to her for me was once past the rog door (summoned past from mobs)invised where i could had to kill librian(sp) and guard , reinvised and dropped down on king , ran out of his room healed up , clickie buffed up and killed any roamers, re invised dropped king at spawn and guards, re buffed and healed to full. repeated process for queen. her AE hit me 1 time.

Actually you do not need a rogue to get to any of the royals. Play eq for a while maybe one day you'll learn some things. hint: you have been summoned....

You have to do 3% damage though and it's not like she wanders. How do you get past the first door to even get close enough for damage?

Pulled to zonein on warmly faction. Feigned to reset aggro, hail rooted to rebuff, then burned her down. Queen Velazul Di`zok Solo'd. ^.^ (Rogue had to open door though)
