He spawns often. His PH is a roamer within disco 1. Out of about 12 clears I've seen him up like 6 times. Dropped 3 vambraces and 3 sebilite parts, never seen the sword.
He's a bit tougher than the surrounding mobs but not by a big margin.

HOw many hp he have ? Does he summon ? Is he resistable ? Is he immune to stun,snare ? Can 65 wizzy with usual nuke 2500-2700 solo him ?

He has rougly 10khp, he does summon, I don't know what you mean by resistable? He is not immune to snare and a wizzy might be able to solo although you will have fun with all the adds down there.

When I killed the Froglok Ostiary with my war and a friends cleric this froggy dropped the greatsword, the vambracer, and 30pp. Also I found him wandering near the zone on Bertox

i conned this guy 2 times tonight....both times he was white...that means this guy is max lvl 50...cause i am lvl 50...drops seb neck guard and donal's arms for sure...good hunting.

I believe he drops Sebilite Scale Neckguard or Sebilite Scale Mantle as common drops, and Donals Vambraces/Arbitors Combine as rares. The Donal bracers are from the froggie pickler, iirc.

Aye, what Drolgin says, he drops those 4 items.
Even though these are Cleric only, they seem to be a bit too powerful.. the Vambraces when worn have Effect: Valor. When used repeatedly this is a mana-free 250hp heal. Paired with a manastone a Cleric has unlimited mana & Hp. I can't wait till the Breastplate (Effect: Complete Heal) becomes more common.

Actually you've got it wrong. He does drop the Arbitor's combined greatsword and the cleric armor mentioned above.
