I've grouped in chef several times and my wife is a wonderful puller. We've pulled this green little hopping amphibian numerous times and he's yet to drop anything at all....

i killed Froggy the other day with my group and he didnt drop the SS Helm... Instead he dropped a Sebilite Scaled Cap

This mob is somewhat unique in the game, as he talks trash. As we were killing him the other day, he said "ooh if you knew what Froggy's gonna do to you" To bad we never found out, we killed him, and didnt see him again all day.

I think Froggy roams around the Chef area, not 100% sure though.

yeah Froggy's name might sound kinda wimpy, but thats what he wants you to think...so you think 'oh hes just a stupid wuss frog, probly for a quest, ill go up and hail him.' yeah so then you walk up feeling all important with your high lvl self up in old seb, thinking about how stupid and easy his quest is and then -- WHAM!!!
