Today on Vulak the Toilmaster was located inside the Tink and Bauble, next to the loc posted above. He seemed to have pathed there and gotten stuck.

i thought it was possible to join the chain gang (silly me) so i said 'whats this chain gang you speak of?' and then i realized hes probably just saying if i dont shut my scaly mouth hes gonna imprison me :-( but itd be cool if the chain gang were some sort of npc guild/faction thing

I made him attack his own slaves lol....
