Our group had a mage COH us (she can invised) to location 815, 545,10
It was just under the ledge with the human mobs right above you (they don't agro).
She waited until the Age roamed to the shoreline, coh'd us (no agro) and then we quickly shrank.
re-invised until the mob roamed right on top of us then attacked...
no other mobs came, no other mobs cared. after that it was about killing, staying invised in between fights just to make sure.
A lot of HP, hit's hard, be ready to group heal...

Old Spirespine (click for map image) spawns in the seduced pirates cavern west of the spiral ramp (PH "an aged spineback").

Just wanted to add, yes he is quite easy. Again I stood in this spot (on shrunk horseback) so not to be pushed and never aggroed anything but him and the ph.
The mask is NICE, because it has the 1350 permenant buff on it.. so although it's not technically an upgrade for my casters, it is 1350 hp :-)

Nothing too wild about this guy. He doesn't see through invis and I didn't have to kill any mobs but the ph to camp him. I parsed him at about 11 million HPs.
