This isn't a dragon, its a wyvern. We all know that everything is as powerful as how hard it hits, casts, hitpoints, and level anyway so lets cut this god / dragon nonsense.

Verant made mobs like this very powerful for the sake of gameplay. I think its cool to have an ancient wyvern.

No one told anyone they had to kill anything, so people shouldn't criticize the difficulty of any mob.

Just the same I would reccommend bringing 3 full groups of 50+ to try to take this one out.

Just a general note...Sabian, you should start to learn by now that monsters get much stronger than their con at about 45. Now, level 60 monsters are almost equally as powerful as gods, minus the death touch. Learn the strength of your opponent before you shout out BS at other people.

Allow me to explain why dragons, wyverns, wurms etc. are so powerful. Veeshan the creater of norrath is the strongest god of all. Dragons, wyverns, wurms etc. are all the children of Veeshan. The other gods are not children of Veeshan. As we know in mythology the son of a god is a god himself, dragons are then thus all gods. They may not be gods of anything specific but they are in fact gods. Now poses the arguement that the playable races are all children of a god and thus all playable races ar gods. Well the answer to that is simple. All playable races are NOT the children of a god. They are merely creations. ( like science projects )

Veeshan didnt create Norrath it was the Nameless that created Norrath and the gods, Veeshan just found Norrath.

Yep, we were only 6, from level 40 to 56 and this dam thing hits for 220 at max. One more thing, this mob has a high resist magic nethertheless i HT it for 578 dam and i am level 49...

Ancient wyvern is lvl 60

I am lvl 56 and killed it with a group of 6 ... the wyvern is 60 got 32000 HP and will use warrior discipline when low life =)
