Enter Old Seb, go through the doors till you come close to the water for the first time. Turn left, cross the broken bridge, to a pyramid like structure with a locked door and a moat of water in front. There are a number of frogloks of the living variety in front guarding it. It would be a good idea to kill those frogloks closest to the door even if you invised successfully that far. I read else where that it takes a rogue with 200 lock pick to open the locked door. Lacking a rogue, shrink, and shadow step across the door. There are boots usable by certain classes with cliky shadow step on them. I beleive there are potions with this effect also. Some classes have shadowstep or similar available at low levels. You may not cross the door the first time you shadow step, but eventually you will. It took me ten tries once yesterday, one try today. Probably you will land in the hallway, but you could land a little further in where there is a room with three or four mobs with pets. Thia is a part of the zone with undead ghoul guktans, their skeleton pets, and skeletons almost exclusively with an occasionally an iksar spectre. Wind around a bit till you find a room which has a walk way down the middle and bleacher like steps on both sides. There is a golem at the top center of the bleacher on both sides. Behind one of the four doors at the top of the bleachers is a smallish room which has a place holder called 'skeletal baron'. When I was trying to find Baron Yosig, this spot always popped 'skeletal baron', and this was the only mob up with that name on several clears of the skeletons and ghouls. The PH stands right at the foot of an apparent coffin. Kill 'skeletal baron' repeatedly till Baron Yosig pops. I had about ten kills to get Baron Yosig to pop once, and the pop time was about ? 20 minutes. He dropped the Journeyman's Walking Stick and a sunshard pebble.

Avoid AE spells in this area. I fired off one, and found myself dealing with shrooms on the level just above or below the undead, having been summoned by an angry shroom. I had to zone out and return due to loosing my way in the tunnels.

As we get older, and more... and more disgusting gear drops. We are able to solo mobs that used to take a whole group, or... and with charming sometimes even more then 2 groups can take. I have a 39 druid, I know I cant take this guy yet... but is there anything thats charmable (animal) in the zone... and can he be soloed when your looking at lvl 50->65? I have a very high lvl druid that would most likely be excited to help be farm this guy. The reason is, at my current level this staff is worth my halfling weight in gold. The idea of a mana-less quad strike, +7 wis... is just disgusting - please ANY info on takign this guy? as opposed to debating grammar errors?

yes soloable by a 65 druid.. i did it, no lumi staff yet. Need decent gear and good technique.. i gave some tips under arch duke. Not everything of course but play around and youll figure out what works best for you. the mobs do summon so just make sure you have all your debuffs on before you do damage.

Tolans Helm seems to be common
Journey Man's Walkingstick seems to be slightly less common but still fairly common
Luminescent Staff is rare

This guy drops one of the best taunting weapons in the game. If you are a warrior and think jade mace is a good taunting weapon, wait till you whip out a JWS and get it to proc, tashani is a HUGE taunt and the mob will be stuck on you for quite a while, very excellent for fighting high lvl mobs like chottal and other lvl 55-60 mobs. hell this weapon is good for soloers too so your root lasts a long time. I would say this weapon is best suited for a monk, ranger, or war who are main tank, or a soloing shaman. Sorry other classes just probably wouldn't get it to proc in a decent amount of time.

This is one of the best taunting weapons in the game if you don't mind switching weapons midfight to get extra taunt on a mob.

I know a lot of SK's used this weapon (pre-luclin) to make soloing WW dragons possible. With the gear out from luclin and PoP, though, it's become an almost trivial thing to solo WW dragons.
