anyone ever think that ther can be only one imprecator? and when your sitting there in the one spot, he might be in another? so if you want him in one spawn, you have to keep the other 2 clear as well....
me, a 39 troll warrior, a 38 isk monk, and 38 druid kept killing from secondfloor on, and we saw him spawn in all 3 locations often in jsut 6 hours of camping thw zone. (we were there for the monks crescent armor and the batons, but those never dropped.)

Camped this guy for 12 hours straight today (church spawn).
Not a single pop.
It's the only piece I need to complete the dagger but he just won't ******* pop.

i was in the shackle room and he spawned in the little cubby to the left as ya walk in...
we was beating him down in that corner when he backed into the wall and up....poof he was gone!

I was also camping this imp on the seconed level and this almost happened to me. he was halfway though wall when i backed off and then all i could see was his feet. i was still hitting him and him hitting me but when he was up there i couldn't bash or cast on him although he was casting on me.
when he got to 1 bub of hp he started running and was at normal level again.

This happens to me as well, luckily when I learned about it, it was with a Ravenous Nibbler that spawned in that alcove/cubbyhole with the shackles in the west wall of this room, not an Imp. In this room, the Imp will only spawn in this alcove (out of the 3 spawn static spawn points here), so when he pops I pull him out so I don't beat him back into that black hole. Painful, since sometime he'll stand there and cast on you a bit, but he'll run out eventually.
If some other placeholder pops up there, instead of the Imp, then I run up and try to beat him into the wall since the lower spawns don't give me exp anymore and they're a waste of my time (the quicker they go, the quicker the Imp can spawn). It doesn't work every often, when it does though it's a quick end to the battle.
Has anyone gotten the Bamboo Bo Stick from this guy? Supposedly he drops it but the only time he had a staff and I killed him, it was FS. I saw it drop off the Spectral Crusader on Level3 but I didn't get that one... I have ended up camping the whole second level at times, by killing spawns till they're all replaced with non-agro nibblers or goos. Then I just around killing whatever is on the spots where named mobs spawn, that's enough to keep me busy camping them all when soloing, and enough Kly spawn in those points to let me collect Crescent in the meantime.
Of course this is just when the zone is empty except for me, I'm not a pig. =]

I have recently been in dalnir with a buddy of mine and since we play in europe, no one is there when we are. We hear the Imp casting and other stuff, to cut to the chase, do all three spawns have the chance to drop the robe? or only the ones on the 3rd floor? And do they all have the potential to drop everything else, or do all of the imp's put together get all this?

I have camped the shackle room for 6+ hours and the imprecator never spawned. I have also camped the church for 8+ hours and he never spawned. I must admit i got good money and fine steel but the imprecator seem really rare, might be a long time before i get that quest dagger since you have to camp him 3 times.

Took less than an hour to get the first 3 parts of the quest, but i spent 7+ hours in the lab and he never spawned. Just my luck, i thought it was going to be easy. Finally gave up after i got about 10 klys trained on me by a necro that i was helping. She said she was "summoned" to the overseer. Which I've never heard of. (I'm sure she was just walking around).

Like Kodex, camped the room a couple of time and had the imprecator spawns a lot of times. Never got any robe though... Kinda remembered me of that kobold noble in Nagafen's Lair, with all these useless withering staves that we all already had one, but no amulet. Also camped the church for a couple of hours, never had one imprecator spawn there. But was not looking for it anyway there though. Was looking for crescent. Got the Gi 2 times in 3+ hours, but no other pieces.

We camped the shackle room for 4 hours - imprecator spawn time is 15 min. Killed Imprecator about 6 times in that span. Last two PH spawns where pairs - goos once and some other type of kly other time. always dropped Dagger Hilt and Coin plus one or two other items.

Now I am in a midle of doing dagger quest. Took me 45 minutes to get first Imp, 2 hours to fe 2nd (the one in church) 30 minutes to get hammer, and now, I am camping lab for 1 hour, no spawn yet. Oh did I tell you that I was running to lab, and saw Coerced Crusader in Tattered Tomb Shroud? hehe my pet killed it fast, and that robe looks mighty fine =)

also drops bo staff (one by lumpy spawns at least) 11dmg 24dly 7.3 weight. not as good as greenwood, but decent 2hb for monk to work up skill

If you can get non agro spawns up, and just kill the imp and it's PH's then it's simply. I camped him at level 33...wizard

He also spawns in the catacombs near the lumpy goo. This one drops the Dagger Hilt. Haven't seen the robe yet, but me wantem'.

One imp spawns in the church behind the altar, he has one part of the dagger quest (sharp metal shard) and the other one is in the lab (jagged metal shard).

Im almost certian that a lv47 necro could solo a kly imp....but you might want to have the spawn split before you try him =)

Got one tonight off this guy. AC 6 +3 to str/int/agi/wis +15mana. It looks like a dark green oracle robe, very cool.
Not very good stats, but looks cool. Only drops when the imprecator spawns without a weapon. Good luck getting yours.

Yay!! I got mine today. Robe rocks, end of story! Traded it for a advisor robe with a guild member (Props to Sallina on fennin ro!). i love it!
