decided to try to get the water-stained parchment and other parts to hand in, as well as killing mobs to raise faction. I grab task, kill the 4 or 5 mobs and quit out. each run taking 20 minutes or so. first 20 mobs dead - zero drops.

EDIT : Ended up killing 26 and didn't get any drops. today, 2 pieces in first 4 kills. 1 shredded diary and 1 water-stained parchment. just gotta stay with it.

EDIT: turns out there are 6 in each instance. I have been getting more confident in moving around. So it was 5 empty instances ( 26 mobs killed), then the next instance I got 2 to drop ( 6 kills total). Then another empty 4 instances (24 mobs) and the next instance dropped 1 water-stained. Totals so far: 11 instances, 62 kills, 3 drops

Edit: total kills = 119. drops = 2 shredded diaries, 3 water-stained parchment, 2 torn, undelivered letter and 4 foul fish wine.

Edit: 47 more kills, another 1 of each diary, parchment and letter. and I am done. got it down to 15 minute turn-around.
