This NPC also gives a Task out called Bringing books to the plains. It starts in Commonlands and you need to go to Highkeep as soon as you pass the doors into the keep past the courtyard you get an update. then it tells you to scout out the North Gate, this is the one towards North Karanas. As soon as you pass the gate it updates again for you to go to North Karanas and see Brettaru Tyco -2435.08, -1218.05, 3.63. You hail this NPC and it updates with this message:

"Now wasn't that a rewarding experience? Wasn't it satisfying to expand your horizons and explore the world? Truely, your time spent here is reward in and of itself. Then again, if it's not, you did go see the world on the word of a stranger, so there's no harm in a reward that's a bit more tangible."

Also as a 21 Druid I got 14 % experience for the Task, not sure what the lowest level to do is or if repeatable. All in all with having to go to Highpass from Misty Thicket to Runneyeye Gorge of King Xyorb and North Karana it was not too bad took all of 30 minutes to complete. When the undead go back to sleep during the day in Kithicor Forrest then it will be quicker.
