For some reason we got agro from these mobs even though con non-kos and must be hailed as part of the The Bixies of War progression mission. First toon hailed one of a pair, GOT THE UPDATE and then both mobs aggro'd. Had to mez them and then do the hails. Just FYI. Maybe the mechanics don't allow hailing one of them when another one is within agro range.
