Bloodsucker (click for map image) has a chance to spawn after the fourth task step is completed in the heroic adventure "Into the Hills" (if the named doesn't spawn, a PH will).
As heroic adventures scale in level, its loot table depends on player levels: Level 100 drops COTF gear; Level 95 drops VOA gear; Level 90 drops HOT gear; Level 85 drops Underfoot gear.

We did Gribble #1 - Into the Hills today, the group was
90 Ranger with healer merc
90 Shaman with tank merc
87 Druid with damage caster merc
Took down Bloodsucker, he dropped Omander's Spiritfork
EDIT: Druid buddy reminded me he dropped Scimitar of Seasons when we dropped him the night before.
I don't see either of those items on this page or on the task page.

Dropped Bielaisk's Cape today with 2 92s setting the instance level (was yellow). RoF tradable geared Ranger tanking with junky Bard and mixed healer mercs, knocked me unconscious once.

He conned yellow to us the other day, 94 wizard, 94 monk..red to 92 shaman in the group. He dropped Spernal's Spiraled Sceptre, along with some other vendor trash.
I've found with both a BL and Mage (air) pet, the farther away from the group the pet is tanking, the lower the amount of times somebody in the group gets hit with the DoT. Seemed the pet owner and merc cleric got hit most often.

Didn't cast the DoT a huge amount after wiping twice, wonder if he has a limited number of casts.

He casts Life Leech a LOT (I would say every two ticks is not an unreasonable estimate).
His max melee hit appears to be around 20k.
He seems to have around 10 million HP.

GamParse Bloodsucker in 127s, 8253k @64982 I killed him tonight @ lvl 100 mob,, that's 8.25 million HP (I think)
