Spawn locations for "poshadow.txt" map file (note for all Plane of Shadow named map locs, see this quest entry):

• P 87.2655, -1549.6166, 432.4102, 127, 0, 0, 1, Volx_Xi_Xakra
• P -5.5824, -1428.1584, 435.3306, 127, 0, 0, 1, Volx_Xi_Xakra

Every 30 seconds, buffs itself with "Power of Fear". Dispell this quickly because it AEs "Shards of Fear" if it fades naturally.
