Ya it can be used by a gnome!!My gnome warrior and the Ebon Razor are almost unsepritable.BTW this sword with my gnome lvl 11 does 18 to 19 damage every hit!THIS IS A VERY NICE SWORD BTW!!!

Any1 know where approximately he spawns and what the spawn rate is? Does he always drop the sword?

Bah - they're not either - they're both! Cenobites and some are badgers - the brownish ones are Moles - in any case, they're all POKEMON!(ugh)
Anyhow, was fighting giants the other day, and a "Bloodscale the Vicious" spawned - red con at 35 we tried to take him, but he hit for around 111 and was mean - we managed to get away and I stayed and charmed giants on to him - I got him down about a third after going through about a dozen or so giants and other assorted decided at that point was not worth it - a high level shaman came thru not too much later and killed him - he didn't drp anything that time
BTW - he's a big ugly sarnak I missed getting a screenshot cause I was, well, kinna busy hehe

The sword being only for small small/med races makes it darn hard to sell. Bards like it but most bards are half elves due to somewhat better stats.
Usually if lucky you manage to find a wood elf bard who will pay 1 k for it, after several days of auctioning. Level 36? this guy was blue to me at 50 I remember as all named are in frontier (maybe even 51) guess fairly wide range for blue.

the sword is the ebon razor, a 1h slasher 9 dam 25 del +4 to fire cold and magic prot.only for small racers though
