I just fought him....he was blue to me at 34 so I think the minimum level shoud be lower....
He also dropped 4pp 5g and 3 bone chips for me...
Hits pretty hard too...felt like he hits around 3 or 4 levels above con.

Yeah I accidently got him aggroed on me. I cant believe I won im an SK lvl 34 at the time and if hes 34-36 wow for a melee to win at least an even con is awsome, heh well he dropped 3pp and not bad exp either. Though I would gloat "FLEX"

he conned white to a 35 when I killed him (ego boost for killing a 35 white aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh;) well my pet did (ego goes down) *puts head down and gives his pet xenoben a milk bone*

He sometimes also drops a ruined scale chestplate, looks like chain when worn on a human male.

I think this guy might be a monk...he was fighting like one when he attacked me outside of Keasora.....he was patrolling in the ruins there. Just thought I would let you know.
