I just fought one a couple minutes ago. It conned blue to me at lvl 39. Don't fight these without good resists. Kept nuking me for 149dmg and when it was at around 25% hp it rooted me, and then ran out of my range to heal itself back to full hp and started to nuke me again. The guards wouldn't help me so I ran as fast as I could to get as far away from it with sow and did /q. Gunna check back on to see if I died or not. Hehe, I learned my last lesson not to solo casters anymore.

The Quest Says Here, and When Handed out From Shrub Marlwood That he need "Powder of Tsu" I Got Shaman Powder, and Seen It Few Times. Has The Item been Renamed? Or Is There 2 Different Things, Powder of Tsu, and Shaman Powder.. I Just Dont Wanna Hand In The Shaman Powder, When The Powder Of Tsu Is Needed, And Exists... then have to do it all over again = (

The white no-drop powder is for the Druid spell Charm Plant.
The black no-drop powder is for the Shaman spell Canibalise 2.
The white powder drops from the TSU shamans, about every 4th shaman. The black powder drops from the YUN shamans, I have not seen one yet.

This guy drops the "Shaman Powder" which is part of the druid Beguile Plants spell quest.
