The only mob with a small rack in EQ lol..Dropped the Queen's Pall https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=109086 and Fear Touched Wrist last night..duoed her with a merc cleric (100 ranger 12.7k aa RoF raid geared..99 aa merc..adds came at aforementioned intervals...bootable/ snareable..not sure if they can be mezzed. Also dropped Minor Dreadmote. Good luck!

for some weird reason when i fought her for the first time she spawned 4 adds at 70% then did only 2 adds at the other %'s

I would guess she healed over the 70% mark and got knock back down and just re-ran the phase.
