spawned for me as roamer that comes out of spider tunnels and sits up top and roams beginning of hallway
He killed me a few times due to adds - his push back can be extreme - almost like enchanter porting u away - so clear all close adds 1st . also he is near the pop of the quest named and so he can repop and add ( nasty combo
