Derakor the Vindicator
a rare creature
In Kael Drakkel: One nasty fellow, he spawns in front of the Temple of Kael (located in the back of the Arena area). He is a Warrior; hits for a max 700 (quads); single-target rampages; and is immune to slows.
In Kael Drakkel, the King's Madness: Same spawn location as in the regular Kael (pathway behind the arena, PH "a guardian of war"). Spawns two "a temple guardian" adds (these are rootable).
Location for your "kaelshard.txt" map file (note for all known Kael named spawn locations, see this quest entry):

guess i had him too close to where my other boxed guys were but his rampage destroyed my druid so be sure to have him at a distance
edit: just noticed his adds didnt jump up to 100% and are only a few % of where they were when i wiped so slow regen perhaps on them?

The two adds can be rooted.
hit for 19954 max. 7200 ac ish lvl 97 paladin with max cs/ca for level.

Took some time for this guy to spawn.
A few tips:
The giants on the other side of the ice wall do not add (they are not close enough).
Do not pull the Vindicator when he´s too far away from the ice wall, because the two adds will spawn and may (did for me) add mobs from the far other corner.
A good tip is to pull the vindicator with a FD class (monk, necro, SK), wait for the adds to spawn, then FD. You can then choose the better location to engage the Vindicator.
Straight fight.
Try to have te adds killed 1st, and away from the Vindicator, as tank stays on main mob.
Once the adds are gone, Vindi goes down fast.
Spawns near +1900, +1400.
