I just started up a Iskar monk and I expored FoB at lower levels. I followed the path down to the pit area not really knowing what it was and walked up to the top of the overhang so I didn't get attacked. Saw big beefy creatures running around for a lvl 2 monk. I came back at level 5 and have been taking a lot of gambles. I figure if I want to level up quick why not. I've been pulling these bad boys unless their red to me. Almost level 7 and still thristing for a good fight. As long as you pull them for a one on one fight you should do ok. I think its odd they've never done more then 3 bubs of damg but usually 1 or 2 only. Guess its all the curscale armor. }:)
Rokugan "I am a fighter who leaves on the merit of my strength alone"
I beleive these to be weaklings and I hope no one had too much trouble killing them, even in kurn's theyre easy to a lvl 20 Sk :) If you can't beat them, roast in hell losers!

We is Iksar, if you want to contact me i'm on the 7th hammer, and me name is Zigglick, and my freinds name is Zephrite
Once my friend confused scalebones skeletons with dry bones skeletones. He was like "NO NO NO DONT GO IN THERE THERES A DRY BONES IN THAT PIT!!!!", and i was like "First its a scalebones, and second, im stronger than it."
Once with my iksar i went into the pitand this Scalebones skeleton started casting this stupid fire spell on me and tore me up. It beat the crap out of me then with its fist. I never went in the pit again until level 10. Dang i hate those things.

Does not the level range for blues get larger as you increase in level? I do not know the how often it changes but this could be why they still con blue to your level 13.
I hunted level leven scalies on the Fied of Bone, in the pit. with my monk, even in a large assortment of armor (206 AC's not bad for level 7, untwinked, right?), they hit often and bashed. stunned me alot, but in the end 3 attacks always beat 1, unless 1 happens to have 3 aggro buddies. Formerly Siruus, 7th molt monk, now Sirush, 3rd Torment shadowknight. Veeshan server
Lvl 7 has been the longest lvl for my monk to date, mainly because i was killed by a cutter and by a scaled wolf stalker when i tired to get my body (lost my friggin lvl 8!).
At lvl 7, you can take these on, but i would strongly recomend getting a partner and con them first, some were even at lvl 7 and there were lots of yellows and reds, take the even's. However, play it safe, kill the weak scalies, footpads and bonecrawlers at lvl 7.
At 8 its a little diffrent.. most are even or yellow, with the occasional blue and red, i would slaughter these to get to 9 or ten even.
hope that helps =) (oh yeah, im not sure what my ac was at 7, i got curescale raw silk with a few bits of cured silk)
I agree. Calling someone "dumbass" usually isn't the best way to get your point across.
Anyway, I think Xuloo was right. At least, I think he's right about the Scalebones in the Field of Bone. The lowest level ones I have seen are level 8, and they go higher than level 9, since some still /con yellow to my level 9 shaman.
