in Everlore there was an Iksar Monk Sea Captain that lost a tail.. got mechanical one but then supposedly died in a battle in TD his tail has washed up on shore.. i think possibly this is his skiff.. which might mean he is around.. and i think if you give his tail back if he is around you could start a quest...
I doubt it because the mechanical tail is already part of another quest. Iksar monk shackle quest I think.
Also, the battle of Timerous Deep where Trakanon destroyed the Iksar navy and Emperor Rile Sathir and Capt. Irontail were killed took place decades ago.

so does anybody know what this thing drops or if it has any hp .. could it be a war or a caster perhaps ?

i got dump off boat while going to loio, had a friend come get me off of some strange island,we used this boat to zone into bbm so i could destroy my char and cry over it. i dont know why it is there but maybe it is there for that purpose ppl get bumped off boats all the time, maybe it is jsut there to save you?

I've also seen this boat in Butcherblock on the edge of the horizon just before the shuttles depart from BB.
