105 SMolo Mage, Silver
I guessed that this would be another t4 named where you have to avoid the hate list and I think that's pretty much it. Bonus is that my pet was pretty much imune to anything he was doing.
My healer merc was drained of mana pretty quick, so I left her on passive as Tonmek wasn't dishing out much damage. He rampaged a bit but I just stayed back and avoided it.
I just let air pet grind him down with an occaisional pet heal thrown in. Swarm pets helped speed things up. I did pick up a few mana drains and was depleted near end but pet was hardly taking any damage so no sweat.

Nasty mob this one is.
2 merc clerics and shammy drained of mana in 30 seconds, bard wiped first followed by ranger followed by shammy n mercs.
Mob spells dont seem to be interrupted by stuns or bard bellow.
You need A LOT of dps to burn this named down so that mana drain doesnt kill you.

Can spawn on either one of the labs in the Blue Arcane Tower. Its not bad, just burn him fast and u really dont need to worry about the mana drain.
Spawns in the upper lab level of the Arcane pillar (LOC pos 430, neg 660, pos 730), PH = a mana harvester.
His Arcane Extraction spell effect isn't bad at all, but he also uses Shared Ingenuity which balances party mana -- believe this includes no-mana classes because group had 1 warrior and 2 rogues and my mana dropped by about half. Also, he uses the spell effect Cruel Arcane Dismissal of Mind -- he simultaneously cast this at 2 players in the group, both obviously died instantly. He only used this once, and it was at very low life, so perhaps its his last-ditch trick.
