His PH is, oddly enough, A Terrible Raptor. There are about 8 of them up in the area where the map shows his spawn points to be. I killed all 8 PHs and he spawned on the corpse of the third A Terrible Raptor.
He dropped a Stranglefang Hood and Distilled Grade A Mamba Venom
I wasn't close enough to log what he casts, but the effects were "You are bathed in an alleviating burst" and "Tiffany has taken 3308 damage by Lifesap Poison"
The fight took exactly one minute with a 114 Druid and WAR Merc. I used my full load of Druid DoTs, and I did need to heal the Merc.
