Beware of this one, the adds can be a pain. I got through quite a few bulwarks, pets, mercs and rezs before I could tick this one off.
I even got the help of a passing 3 boxer (100+) who nolchalently said "it's only a light blue, what are we waiting for?". His tank went down in seconds and we all eventually became carpet fodder.
With hindsight, the secret is to take out/contain the first two adds before the rest pop later. Simples?
Quite a regular spawn though.
Tactician Perak
a rare creature
Upon aggro, spawns two adds called "an elite soldier". These are not aggro-linked with Perak, but later in the fight (around 20-30%), he spawns a third elite soldier which is aggro-linked with the prior two. The adds are known to be rootable/snareable.

The spawn/adds are also mezzable.
They WILL come seek him out and WILL aggro anything on the way to him.
Also, his buff can be dispelled.

4box'd with a ranger, rogue, bard and shaman + cleric and tank merc. Flusterbolt and Vinelash Cascade made the fight a joke. Ignored the 2 adds at the start and pulled Tactician outside the house and to the right. Normal tank and spank until 30%, an add spawns and the other 2 run down to assist. I parked the ranger at the steps and Vinelashed them until Tactician was dead, then took care of them afterwards.

This is one of the T2 namers I was having trouble with. Wiped at least 15 times before I figured I'd try to not just burn this guy down (I 3 box).
When you pull him he immediately spawns 2 Elite guards that do not aggro. After you pull, get tank established on Perak and root park one of the two adds and bring the other to camp and kill it, do again with other. You must do this because at 20% he summons another elite and it is aggro linked to the other two. Now you just have Perak and one add to deal with, much smoother.
If you have high dps you can probably not even do this but you will likely lose a toon or two. I can get him to 6% consistently without cleaning up the adds -- but I don't win. =)

We burned him down not knowing about the 2 adds he spawns from the start, the 3rd spawned and aggro'd 1st two, wiped us. 2nd time, pulled him then pulled adds one at a time. Was really easy. Total of 3 adds, 2 from start then one about 20-30%.

He is red to 92. He will randomly summons 3 to 5 mobs. Very nasty named with tons of HP.
